Snehscreation – Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snehscreation. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through our platform.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, or accessories.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page


2. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or reject the refund based on condition

  • Notify you of the refund status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your payment provider)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong item delivered

If the exact item is not available, we may offer a replacement or refund.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery, depending on the conditions listed above.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged, wrong, or defective product), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer changes their mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
